I really like 2 with the orb on the back. I think it's a more unique concept with a lot of possibilities. If we chose to go with that direction we can explore different ways in which that works as a capturing mechanic.
3 and 5 are cool. I like 3 if the idea is that it uses its tongue to bind whatever it's capturing? we could also try having this rope thing from other parts of it's body if we don't want it being the tongue.
I really like 4 because I can picture the designs you could explore on the wings and how to integrate that into your cultural art direction. This will definitely help to ground your creature into your IP. Also the open wing shape could be a cool symbolic motif we see in the architecture, etc. Similar to number 1 if we treat the back in the same way.
If you have some work from your other classes we can have a look at it all together and see which direction might work best for your IP. If you're having difficulty choosing, really think about how you want these creatures to function along side your characters and in your environment and which ones you can imagine yourself making some killer keyarts with.
Really liking these shapes Mounash.

Keep up the great work :)
Thanks a lot! Will post some works from other classes and we can discuss which will best fit the IP during class.
